How to French Kiss if You're a Smoker (Clue: Just Don't Do it!)

I hope that you are not trying to Learn how to French Kiss AND you have a nasty smoking habit. Ewwww. That's really gross. The worst thing you could ever try to do to anyone with smoker's breath is stick your tongue in someone's mouth right after you put out a cigarette! That has to be the worst. I know I certainly don't to smell OR taste a wet ashtray!!!

The best way to remedy your smelly cigarette breath? Have a stick of refreshing chewing gun or a handful of mints before you move in for the kiss. This can be the ideal situation to avoid a kissing disaster.

Kissing a smoker is repulsive mainly because of the smell. The stinch comes from the accumulation of ashes and nicotine (YUK)! A 2000 study confirmed that about 78% of people suffered from tooth decay, 50% suffered from gingivitis, and 80% of THOSE people were infected with gum disease. The most interesting thing about this study revealed that 95% of those people were not aware of the oral complications associated with cigarette smoking.

Facts About Kissing a Smoker

An investigation actually looked into how bad an effect smoking can have on kissing a person. A volunteer was picked by random and asked to first kiss a smoker and then an ashtray. This was done to determine whether kissing a smoker can be as bad as kissing an ashtray or worse.

The results of the volunteer were studied and analyzed on the basis of four criteria’s – enthusiasm, taste, texture and resistance.

The following results were revealed from the study or investigation:

  • Enthusiasm: Reluctant about kissing a smoker
  • Taste: A tangy feeling with hints of ashes
  • Texture: Grainy feeling due to the ashes collected in the mouth
  • Resistance: There was no problem with regard to grip and firmness

Speaking subjectively this investigation proved that kissing a smoker isn’t that bad. However, foul or bad breath would in anyway be unappreciated if you are considered kissing a person.

When asked to kiss an ashtray, the taste, texture and resistance was quite the same but in terms of enthusiasm an inanimate object couldn’t contribute much. However, the investigation concluded on the point that kissing an ashtray can be better than kissing a smoker as there is little that can be expected from an object in terms of smell, taste,
texture or retaliation. So quit smoking if you are expecting better reactions from your partner.

Please, my friends, Learn how to French kiss the right way, and stop smoking before you ever kiss anyone else again in your life!

What's in a Kiss?

Here are some new things I learned about kissing and how to french kiss:
  • The uber romantic act of kissing may have evolved from the
unappetizing practice of pre-chewing food for babies. Primate mothers
chew food for their offspring and then feed them from their mouths. Pretty weird, huh? I thought so!
  • If kissing makes you feel thin skinned, it could be because our
lips have the thinnest layer of skin in the entire human body. Yet,
lips are densely packed with sensory neurons that quickly send impulses
    to the brain.
  • Kissing may reduces stress chemicals in the body. So you might want to experiment with kissing the stress away. Instead of yoga, go ahead and grab a kiss and a latte! (the kiss first, please).
  • Kissing couples tilt their heads to the right twice as often as
they tilt to the left, and this tendency doesn't seem to be related to
    being right or left handed.
  • A survey revealed that out of 58 men, 59 percent of them
lost their romantic interest in their kissing partner after a "bad"
first kiss. Women seem to be a little more discerning as 66 percent out
of 122 women dropped a potential love interest after a first kiss
    didn't pass the kiss test.

How to French Kiss - Are you a "Good Kisser"?

Learning how to French kiss can be the most important thing you'll ever learn. I know, it sounds crazy, but it's true (like alot of things). For some weird reason, women love to judge a guy by the way he kisses. What I mean by this, is that if you are a "bad kisser", then you are in deep doo-doo. There is no way to ever get back any credit or respect from a lady who has labeled you as a "bad kisser". On the other hand, if you're a "good kisser" then you have a good thing going.

Regardless of gender, it is important that you know How to French Kiss. French kissing is a very intimate and passionate type of kissing that allows two people to share themselves physically using their lips, mouth and tongue. There are certain techniques that are required to be a master kisser, and hopefully you'll do your best to learn all you can about how to French kiss.

So, do you consider yourself a good kisser? Before you answer that, answer the following questions:

1. After you are done kissing, does your partner let out some type of sigh or a "ummm, that was fantastic" indicator?

2. Does your partner lick their lips after you are done kissing them?

3. Do you use your hands to hold your partner close while you are kissing? Do you caress the back of their neck, their hair, or face?

4. Does your breath smell neutral or otherwise not smell funky during the kiss? (Here's a hint ..if you can smell your own breath, and it stinks, then chances are pretty good that your partner smelled it, too).

5. Do you take your time and kiss your partner slowly with a soft and supple tongue?

6. Do you give plenty of closed mouth kisses before progressing into the French kiss?

If you answered no to any of these questions, then you need to work on your French kissing skills. These are just a few of the very important things to remember when you are kissing (or about to kiss) your partner.

There is some awesome information in this book about kissing techniques that tells you how to be the best kisser your partner has ever had, and how you can now be labeled a "good kisser" forever. I highly recommend it.

Learn how to French kiss, please, and keep your partner happy!
